Cancellation Policy
At CanDo Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have established the following online booking policies: 1. Booking & Payment A $350 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward the final service cost. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for all bookings. The remaining balance is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee ($35). The remaining deposit will be refunded. No-call, no-show appointments may forfeit the full $350 deposit at our discretion. 3. Service Availability & Scheduling Appointment slots are based on availability. If we need to adjust your scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. If access to the job site is unavailable upon our arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule or charge a service call fee. 4. Weather & Emergency Policy If inclement weather or emergencies prevent us from completing a scheduled service, we will reschedule at the earliest convenience. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. 5. Payment & Final Charges Payment is due upon service completion via cash, credit card, or approved digital payment. Any additional work requested during the appointment will be invoiced separately.
